for breakfast..

i had this:

well, i had it on wheat bread, not white. and mine was thicker oh yummy



it is amazing because:

1. the whole wheat cinnamon raisin bread i used had 3grams of fiber EACH (i used 2)

2. the organic peanut butter had 2 grams of fiber for 1 tablespoon ( i used 2)

3. a banana has 4grams of fiber (i used 1)



so i had a total of 14grams of fiber JUST FOR BREAKFAST! (daily fiber intake= 25grams)

i am going to have an easy time in the bathroom for sure today! oh yeaah
